Rental Information

Ranch House Only (no event activity on the grounds):

• Weddings, reunions, receptions, parties and other similar events - $45 per hour
• Non-profit/community organizations and corporate meetings - $25 per hour

Grounds Event Weekday Rentals:

• $150 day
• $75 half day (up to 6 hours)

Grounds Event Weekend Rentals:

• $300 day
• $150 half day (up to 6 hours)

All RentalsAdditional day for decoration or preparing for the event - $100

StaffThe department reserves the right to require staff to work at an event.

SecurityThe department reserves the right to require security at an event.

Clean-up DepositA returnable clean-up deposit of 50% of the event rental fee, or a maximum of $200 will be charged. All or part of it will be returned up the events conclusion depending upon any damage or cleaning required by the City - final decision and amount to be charged to be determined by the Department Director. The renter will be required to bag all trash clean off all tables, sweep the floor of any trash and pick-up all litter. Please allow 2 weeks for deposits/refunds to be processes.

Photography Rates:

• $25 minimum for up to 2 hours
• $15 each additional hour
