Join us for our intro to Art in your Neighborhood program as we pop up our easels in local parks in our community and paint the beauty of Temple. Whether you’re a beginner or master, this class is for everyone to enjoy. Bring an easel and something to sit on If you’d like, we’ll supply the canvases and paints.

James Wilson Park Solstice Cleanup
Do you love your neighborhood? Are you looking for meaningful ways to give back to your community and enjoy the great outdoors? Join us for the Solstice Cleanup at James Wilson Park – our semi-annual beautification project. Please arrive 10 minutes early to sign in and get ready, gloves, trash bags, and trash pickers will be provided. All you need are comfortable shoes, a water bottle, and a positive attitude!

Family Fishing Extravaganza
Grab your fishing poles and gather the whole family for our Family Fishing Extravaganza! We will be stocking Miller Park pond with plenty of fish for everyone. This event is designed to teach families angler education, how to spool a spinning reel, how to cast, and how to hook that big fish of your dreams! Poles and bait will be provided on a first come first serve basis to participants. Light refreshments will also be served while supplies last.
