Specialty class cards can be used for any of the classes listed below. Use your entire punch card for your favorite class or enjoy some variety in your routine by using it for any class of your choice.

SPINNING is an indoor cycling program designed to focus on endurance and strength. You will learn the basics of boxing in this 60-minute cardio boxing class. There will be three minute “rounds” that include an intense cardio warmup, boxing with intervals of bodyweight exercises, and of course, core work. Improves balance. Helps posture. Strengthens upper- body and core. Boosts endurance. May increase alertness. Enhances mood. Improves hand-eye coordination. If you’re looking for a good workout, everyone is encouraged and welcomed in this class.
